Deadline: UNC Summer in India

UNC-CH is proud to offer students the opportunity to study Indian culture and Hindi language in this summer immersion program that travels to several cities! Led by UNC Department of Asian Studies faculty members Afroz Taj and John Caldwell, this program allows students to explore a variety of fascinating and contrasting cultures and regions. Three weeks are based in New Delhi, the vibrant political and cultural capital of India, along with excursions to Agra, Aligarh, Rishikesh, and Haridwar. The group will also travel together to Jaipur (The Pink City) for an extended excursion before returning to New Delhi.
This program is also open to non-UNC students!
This program is eligible for the Phillips Ambassadors Scholarship.
