Panelists:

  • June Dreyer, Professor of Political Science at the University of Miami
  • Eric Yu-Chua Huang, Washington, D.C. representative for the Kuomintang (KMT)
  • Shelley Rigger, Brown Professor of Political Science at Davidson College
