Journey into Asia (JIA) 2018

Journey into Asia (JIA), started in 1992, is the Asian Students Association’s annual cultural showcase. JIA is an essential part of UNC’s AAPI community, providing the largest platform and outlet for AAPI students to express their Asian-American identities, both through the multitude of diverse cultural performances and through the physical stage space JIA provides. It is a large-scale show aimed both to empower the AAPI community to be proud of their cultural heritage and to connect us to the larger UNC community by advocating and celebrating our histories, cultures, and stories.
