Film Screening: The Last Smile
November 10, 2016 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Join UNC and Amit Zutshi Foundation for the screening of The Last Smile, an independent film. The movie has been inspired by a true story based on a book written by Jeevan Zutshi.
The film highlights the dangers of over the counter supplements and the multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical industry involved in marketing these life threatening products, and one that remains totally unregulated by the FDA. This is an important topic that can help save lives, one that has been the mission of Amit Zutshi Foundation after the personal tragedy his family had to face with the loss of their son Amit Zutshi at the hands of these dangerous products. The feature film is meant to entertain the masses and raise awareness about the OTC supplement industry.
