Join the Carolina China Network and Bu Er Magazine for a discussion about the end of the One Child Policy in China, led by Dr. Michelle King. Prior to the discussion there will be a brief talk introducing the thought-provoking Bu Er Magazine which covers various historical and contemporary topics in China.
