ASATalks: Identity

November 1, 2016 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

ASATalks are a series of community based discussions that provide a safe space for Asian Americans to talk with their peers and mentors about topics and issues that are relevant to them.

At this particular ASATalks we will focus on “Identity.” There’ll be a discussion and crash course on Asian American identity, its history, and its meaning. We’ll cover ideas of race, nationality, and personal identity. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for ASA members to educate themselves, talk with their peers, and organize to take further action.
