The Southeast Asia Faculty Working Group is a collaboration of nearly 40 scholars from UNC-Chapel Hill, Duke University and N.C. State that increases the visibility of Southeast Asian studies in the Triangle.
Southeast Asia-Focused Student Organizations
Four of Carolina’s 40+ Asia-related student organizations have a specific Southeast Asia focus. Southeast Asia-focused student activities range from working with local Southeast Asian refugees to hosting cultural events on campus.
Bringing Southeast Asia Home
Bringing Southeast Asia Home is a five-year initiative (2022-2027), generously funded by the Henry Luce Foundation, which aims to grow the profile of Southeast Asian studies at UNC-CH.
